- Oversells and out-of-stock surprises. SanMar runs out, but the WooCommerce store keeps selling until its stock catches up.
- Price drift. SanMar cost changes, store prices stay stale, and the margin erodes.
- Manual order entry. Re-keying WooCommerce order lines into SanMar purchase orders takes time and creates another place for errors.
How it works
- Install AYBABTU Sync from the WooCommerce plugin download and connect your WooCommerce store.
- Connect your own SanMar Web Services account in AYBABTU. Choose the WooCommerce products whose SKUs match SanMar.
- Selected inventory syncs about every 15 minutes. Price sync is optional and supports markup, rounding, and a MAP floor.
- Eligible WooCommerce orders become SanMar purchase order drafts for an Owner or Buyer to review and send. Optional auto-order is available when enabled for the account.
