Build on the inventory gateway.

Use the AYBABTU API to request SanMar inventory by color, size, and warehouse, and to connect a WooCommerce store for inventory synchronization.

Quick start

Generate a test key beginning with ay_test_ or a live key beginning with ay_live_ in the Developer Portal.
Send requests with an Authorization: Bearer header containing your API key.
Save your SanMar Web Services customer number, username, and password in the encrypted portal credential vault.
Use test keys for inventory checks. SanMar ordering must be enabled for the service before order requests are available.

Core endpoints

POST /api/v1/public/sanmar/inventory — request inventory for multiple SanMar part IDs.
POST /api/v1/public/sanmar/orders — create a purchase order on your SanMar account when ordering is enabled.
POST /api/woo/connect — connect a WooCommerce store.
POST /api/woo/auto-sync, POST /api/woo/backorder-policy, POST /api/woo/pricing, and POST /api/woo/sanmar-selection — configure WooCommerce sync settings.

Usage

One dashboard or API call counts as one request. Background inventory syncs are not counted. Usage resets on the first day of each month (UTC). The API reference includes the full endpoint contract and examples.
