WooCommerce setup
Install the plugin, create an API key, add WooCommerce REST keys, map SanMar products, then turn on automatic sync. Background sync runs every 15 minutes on every plan, including the Sandbox plan, $0/month.
- Install the plugin. Install and activate WooCommerce, then install and activate the AYBABTU plugin on your WordPress site.
- API key. Create an account and an API key at https://aybabtu.app/portal. Paste that key on the plugin Settings page.
- REST keys. In WooCommerce, create REST API keys with Read/Write permission. Open the separate AYBABTU dashboard and connect the store with that consumer key and secret.
- Mapping. Choose which products use SanMar: all products, only products you tag in WooCommerce, or only SKUs that match the prefixes you enter. Products outside that selection are left unchanged.
- Auto-sync. Turn on automatic sync. AYBABTU updates matched stock about every 15 minutes. Those background syncs do not count against monthly requests.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often does stock update?
About every 15 minutes, on every plan, including the Sandbox plan, $0/month. AYBABTU's servers run the sync on a fixed schedule using your own SanMar account, so it doesn't depend on your site's traffic or WordPress cron. You can also run a manual sync from the dashboard at any time.
Do automatic syncs count against my monthly requests?
No. The 15-minute automatic syncs run on our servers and never count toward your monthly request allowance. Only API calls, dashboard actions and manual syncs count, and usage resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Do I need to maintain anything?
No servers, cron jobs, CSV files or scripts. The plugin adds a settings page in wp-admin and opens the AYBABTU dashboard separately. The sync runs on AYBABTU's servers. You only need to keep your SanMar web services login and your WooCommerce REST keys valid, and keep the plugin updated.
What happens to products that don't come from SanMar?
They're left alone. You choose which products use SanMar: all products, only products you tag in WooCommerce, or only SKUs that start with prefixes you enter. Products outside that selection are never changed. If a selected SKU isn't found at SanMar, it's skipped and listed in the sync log, and the rest of the sync continues.
Does AYBABTU add SanMar products to my store?
Yes. An Owner or Buyer can choose an eligible SanMar style in the AYBABTU catalog and select ‘Add to my store.’ AYBABTU creates a WooCommerce variable product with the style’s title, description, images, and color and size variations. It maps the style-color-size SKUs and syncs their stock; it also sets and syncs prices when price sync is enabled. Restricted brands and hemmed pants cannot be added. Existing WooCommerce products can still be synced by matching their SKUs to SanMar part numbers.
Do I need my own SanMar account?
Yes. AYBABTU works with your SanMar account and uses your own SanMar web services credentials, which are encrypted at rest. AYBABTU is not affiliated with SanMar.
Why does AYBABTU focus on SanMar?
It's a deliberate choice: we'd rather do one supplier extremely well. AYBABTU is built around SanMar's own inventory web services. It reads stock by color, size and warehouse, updates your store about every 15 minutes from our servers instead of yours, and works with your SanMar account. AYBABTU is not affiliated with SanMar.
Should I use the WooCommerce plugin or the API?
If you sell on WooCommerce, use the plugin: no code, and AYBABTU runs the 15-minute sync for you. If you're building a custom storefront, quoting tool, ERP or another platform, use the REST API: one API key returns SanMar stock as JSON by color, size and warehouse, without implementing the supplier SOAP integration on your side. The API's orders endpoint places real purchase orders on your own SanMar account. WooCommerce orders become SanMar purchase orders that you review and approve before they're sent. The dashboard also provides order status and tracking updates. AYBABTU works with your SanMar account and is not affiliated with SanMar.
What does the Sandbox plan cost?
The Sandbox plan is $0/month and includes up to 500 mapped SKUs and 1,000 API requests per month. New Sandbox accounts start with 10,000 API requests for their first 14 days.
How does the price compare with the cost of overselling?
Paid plans start at $29 a month (see pricing). An oversold order usually means a refund or a substitution, a delayed job and an unhappy customer, so preventing one or two oversells a month typically covers the plan. Automatic syncs don't count against your monthly requests.
What file formats and protocols are supported?
AYBABTU supports SFTP, FTP, and HTTP feeds supplying .csv or .txt inventory files with pipe (|), comma (,), tab (\t), or auto-detected delimiters.
How are my SFTP passwords secured?
All vendor passwords and access credentials are encrypted at rest using industrial AES token encryption before being stored. Credentials are never written to telemetry logs or exposed in API responses.
Is Shopify supported?
Shopify support is coming soon. The app is built and pending Shopify's review and verification.
How do I set up WooCommerce?
Install the plugin, create an API key at https://aybabtu.app/portal, connect the store with WooCommerce REST keys (Read/Write), map which products use SanMar, then turn on automatic sync. Background sync runs every 15 minutes on every plan.
What is your refund policy?
To request a full refund of your first payment, email [email protected] within 7 days; renewals aren't refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. USDC is refunded in USDC on Base to the sending address. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; used credits can't.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Corporate invoices (ACH, wire, check) are available on any paid plan. Invoices are due on receipt, and your plan activates when payment clears. Annual or custom terms are available on Enterprise.

Do you support EU customers and GDPR data processing?
EU customers are welcome. We act as a processor for your store data, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for Enterprise customers. See our Privacy Policy for the list of sub-processors.
Where can I check service status?
We don't have a public status page yet. Outages are announced by email to affected customers.

/v1 stays backward-compatible. Breaking changes ship as a new version (/v2) with at least 90 days' email notice, and every change is logged on our docs.
