AYBABTU Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms apply to AYBABTU, operated by Epic Force LLC.

Service description

AYBABTU provides inventory synchronization, API access, portal access, and embedded WooCommerce tools for merchants who connect their own stores and vendor accounts.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs through your keys or connected accounts.

Acceptable use

Plans, billing, trials, and refunds

Paid plans and trials are described at https://aybabtu.app/pricing. Paid plans can be purchased with PayPal or with supported cryptocurrency in the developer portal. Taxes, payment-provider fees, and chargebacks remain your responsibility unless required otherwise by law. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

SanMar orders

The SanMar orders endpoint submits real purchase orders on your own SanMar account. You are responsible for every order submitted with your account or API credentials. AYBABTU is not affiliated with SanMar.

Our commitment

We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate, reliable software and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC FORCE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR TIMELINESS OF INVENTORY, PRICES, PRODUCT DATA, OR SUPPLIER FEEDS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Third-party services and data

We are not responsible for errors, delays, changes, outages, or data issues from suppliers such as SanMar, WooCommerce, Shopify, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, or the customer's own plugins and hosting. The customer's use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must review and verify synced inventory, pricing, and listings, keep its own backups, and remains responsible for its store, products, orders, fulfillment, and customer communications. Monitoring sync results is the customer's responsibility, including oversells, mispricing, wrong stock, and related corrections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for oversells, mispricing, lost sales, chargebacks, or marketplace or store penalties arising from sync results, third-party APIs, or supplier data.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC FORCE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID. FOR ANY MATERIAL DEFECT IN THE SERVICE, OUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO FIX IT, OR IF WE CANNOT, EITHER PARTY MAY TERMINATE AND WE WILL REFUND PREPAID, UNUSED FEES.

Indemnification

THE CUSTOMER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS EPIC FORCE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS FROM AND AGAINST THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING FROM THE CUSTOMER'S STORE, PRODUCTS, LISTINGS, PRICING, ORDERS, DATA, USE OF THE SERVICE, BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OR VIOLATION OF LAW OR THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, INCLUDING SUPPLIER AND MARKETPLACE TERMS.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or threatens the service or other customers. We may also suspend access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, or security concerns.

Changes to these terms

We may modify the service and these Terms. Material changes take effect after notice by posting and email or in-app notice, and continued use means acceptance.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for amounts within that court's jurisdiction, including unpaid fees. Claims must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims must be brought only individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the parties waive any right to a jury trial.

Force majeure; severability

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or hosting failures, war, terrorism, government action, or supplier outages. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest will remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
