If you sell SanMar blanks on a WooCommerce store, you know the problem: a customer orders a PC54 in Navy, size 2XL, and SanMar has been out of it since Tuesday. Now you're writing an apology email instead of printing shirts.
The fix is to have your store's stock follow SanMar's stock automatically. Here's how to set that up in about 15 minutes.
What you need
- A WooCommerce store
- Your own SanMar account (AYBABTU connects using your credentials; it is not affiliated with SanMar)
- The AYBABTU Sync plugin from WordPress.org
Step 1: Install the plugin
In wp-admin, go to Plugins > Add New and search "AYBABTU Sync." Install and activate it. (Direct link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/aybabtu-sync/)
Step 2: Create an account and API key
Go to aybabtu.app/portal, sign up with your email, and copy your API key. The Sandbox plan costs nothing and covers up to 500 mapped SKUs.
Step 3: Connect your SanMar account
In the AYBABTU dashboard, connect your SanMar account, then paste your API key into the AYBABTU Sync settings page in wp-admin.
Step 4: Choose which products sync
Sync all published products, only products you mark, or products with selected SKU prefixes. Nothing outside your selection is touched.
Step 5: Optional price updates
Turn on price sync and set a percentage markup or a fixed add-on, so your prices move when SanMar's do.
That's it. From then on, selected inventory syncs about every 15 minutes on every plan, and those background syncs don't count against your monthly API requests.
