If you sell SanMar blanks through Shopify, an old quantity can turn a good order into a backorder or a substitution. AYBABTU reads your SanMar inventory feed and updates the Shopify variants you map to it.
What you need
- A Shopify store
- Your own SanMar SFTP login and inventory feed details
- Shopify products with SKUs you can match to the feed
Step 1: Install the app
Install AYBABTU from the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/aybabtu). Review and approve Shopify's access request to open the embedded app.
Step 2: Connect your SanMar feed
In the app's source setup, choose the SanMar vendor preset and SFTP. Enter the host, port, username, password, and the feed file location from your own SanMar account. This Shopify inventory setup uses your SanMar SFTP connection.
Step 3: Read the feed and map variants
Set the file-column mapping so AYBABTU can read each vendor SKU and quantity. For any SKU that is not matched automatically, open the Unmapped SKU Resolver, search Shopify products, choose the right variant, and select Save Mapping. Check that the SanMar style, color, and size correspond to the intended Shopify variant.
Step 4: Run a sync and check the schedule
Trigger your first live sync and review the results in the app. The inventory feed runs about every 15 minutes. Background inventory syncs do not count against your monthly AYBABTU API requests.
Step 5: Choose a plan
The Sandbox plan costs $0 per month and includes up to 500 mapped SKUs and 1,000 API requests per month. Choose a plan that fits the limits displayed for your account. Paid subscription approval and charges go through Shopify's app billing flow.
If a quantity does not change, check the SFTP connection and file path, confirm the feed columns are mapped correctly, and make sure the vendor SKU is saved to the intended Shopify variant.
